Welcome to EduPlugins Studio. By accessing our website or purchasing our plugins, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Software Licensing
In accordance with Moodle's ecosystem, all our plugins (including premium versions) are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v3 or later. This means you are free to use, modify, and distribute the software as per the GPL terms.
💡 License Keys: When you purchase a "Pro" or "Agency" plan, you are purchasing a license key that grants you access to premium support and automatic updates for a specified number of installations, for the duration of the subscription.
2. Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
This means that when you purchase a premium plugin from EduPlugins Studio:
- You are legally purchasing the product from Lemon Squeezy, acting as an authorized reseller of our products.
- Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax collection (such as VAT or Sales Tax) depending on your jurisdiction.
- Your payment and billing relationship is governed by the Lemon Squeezy Terms of Service.
3. Support Policy
Premium support is provided exclusively to customers with a valid and active license key. Support covers installation help, bug fixes, and general troubleshooting related to our plugins. Support does not cover custom development or issues caused by third-party themes and plugins.
4. Updates and Subscriptions
Your purchase includes access to plugin updates and new features for the duration of your billing cycle (usually 1 year). If you choose not to renew, you can continue using the version you have, but you will no longer receive updates or premium support.
5. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our plugins. Because our products are digital goods, our refund process is also governed by Lemon Squeezy's refund policies. If the plugin does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue, we generally offer a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. Refunds are not granted for changes of mind or if the plugin does not meet an unadvertised feature request.
6. Limitation of Liability
EduPlugins Studio provides the software "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any data loss, server downtime, or damages arising out of the use or inability to use our plugins.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or plugins after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
